You will work with your doctor to come up with a plan to adjust your nutrition, activity, and you may be prescribed appropriate medications or supplements.
Weight Management Plans Include
- Review of baseline metabolic labs including complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, thyroid studies, and cholesterol panel
- Initial detailed consultation regarding your weight history and goals
- Body composition analysis
- Medically supervised guidance with at least once monthly visits with your doctor
- Customized activity plan and nutrition counseling
- Evaluation for and prescription of medications that may include GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide or tirzepatide), Qsymia, or Contrave (wholesale prices available on generics)
- Access to wholesale prices on metabolism enhancing supplements like MIC+B12 aka “skinny shots”
- Referral for surgical weight management if needed
Weight management is FREE for DPC members! Nonmember cost is $150 for the initial visit then $75/month.
